The Before
The original concrete floor showed typical signs of wear: surface dullness, uneven coloration, minor staining, and a lack of reflectivity. While structurally sound, the floor lacked visual appeal and the refined finish needed for a clean, professional environment.

The CMR Alliance Process: Stain + Polish System

Step 1 — Surface Preparation
The floor was mechanically ground to remove contaminants, surface imperfections, and old residues. This step opens the concrete pores so stain and densifiers can properly penetrate.
Step 2 — Concrete Staining
A professional-grade stain was applied to introduce rich, consistent color across the surface. Concrete stain reacts with the material itself, creating natural tonal variation and depth that looks integrated—not painted on.
Step 3 — Densification
A penetrating densifier was applied to harden the concrete matrix. This increases surface strength, reduces dusting, and prepares the floor for high-level polishing.
Step 4 — Progressive Polishing
The floor was polished using progressively finer diamond abrasives. Each pass increased smoothness and reflectivity, developing the refined sheen that defines polished concrete.
Step 5 — Final Finish
The final polish created a smooth, reflective, low-maintenance surface with enhanced durability and stain resistance.
